The New Office…Settling in

Hello,

Thank you for being patient and understanding as we settle into our new building. Our revenue cycle specialists are loving all the space!  A few cool features of the new building is that we are more easily accessible to the public. Clients and customers are able to drive right up to the front door and greeted by a receptionist who can direct their cares, questions and concerns. Our large conference room with a buffet area and tv presentation creates a comfortable meeting area for staff, clients and potential clients. We also have a mini conference room for private consultation with patients/customers that have questions about their bills, EOBs or any other concerns. Our mail room is condensed in a central location for our staff and paper shredding truck is able to be on-site most days now which makes it easy for any personal shredding needs.

We moved in April 1st but it is still a work in progress.  We are hoping to have it near completion before July 18, 2019 as we are hosting a Campbell County Chamber mixer. We are excited to host this event and we will keep you posted on the details in the near future.
